Gold Morning

I take early morning walks, and while staying on Cape Cod I await the sunrise every day. I find them much more interesting, at least now, than sunsets. While waiting in the morning chill, fog and gloom, I am always astounded at the first break of light over the horizon. On this particular day, I was treated to this! And I painted it so someone other than me could enjoy it!

On this morning, sunrise was spectacular! This is now on my dining room wall, but it would look much better in your home or office!

Oil on a cradled wood panel, edges painted a neutral gray, wired, ready to hang. No frame.
